To make this clear, we have classified skills using the contours of social work concepts combined with "social skill" theory in psychology. As a result, we suggest that there are three contents areas for skills in social welfare : interior of the self ; human relations ; and environmental coordination. We believe that human relations are at the core of all these skills. We have come to the conclusion that it is important to draw on these skills on a case-by-case basis, as each case offers clues for the acquire of skills in social work practices. This approach is conducive to defining the function and role of social workers, and to invent skills-programs for students who are learning in the welfare field., KJ00009354959}, pages = {55--65}, title = {ソーシャルワーカーに必要なソーシャルスキル-研究の展望-}, year = {2006}, yomi = {ヨコヤマ, ナオエ and タナカ, トモコ} }
