| 内容記述 | Strategy for environmental protection policy of local governments in China and in Japan was comparatively studied in the field of air quality preservation. Compared to improvement in air pollution level in Japan, air pollution level in China is serious and in process of improvement. Chronologic short summary of political steps are shown. Characteristic strategy for improvement of air quality in China is adoption of policy for collection of emission fee and triple criterions for ambient air. Social back ground in this adoption is also discussed. | |||||||||||
